Obituary for Leonard John Tice
Leonard John Tice (78) of Falmouth, KY (formerly of Amboy, NJ) passed away on Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at Harrison County Memorial Hospital. He was born in South Amboy, NJ on December 21, 1943 son to the late Leonard and Catherine Hanaway Tice.
He was a veteran of the United States Army and a member of American Legion. Leonard retired from DuPont located in Parlin, NJ where he was a film slitter. He was born and raised in South Amboy where he resided until moving to Falmouth KY 18 months ago.
Survivors include his wife of 55 years Carolann Kinkel Tice, daughter Shannon Schaaf-Jones and her husband Kent Jones, grandson Evan Schaaf, sister Carolee Klien, nephew Matthew Klein and son Paul and cousins Charlene and Kenny Bartlinski. In addition to his parents Leonard is preceded in death by his son Leonard Tice Jr. (2022), grandson Ryan Schaaf (2014) and his brother in law Paul Klein (2021).
Service will be held at the convenience of the family and Peoples Funeral Home will be caring for the family. The family asks for any memorial donations to be made to your local Veterans Charities.
