Raymond Mattill (67) of Flagler Beach Florida, formerly of Pendleton and Campbell County, passed away on Monday, January 3, 2022. He was born on March 2, 1954, son of the late Carl Raymond and Marion Houben Mattill. In addition to his parents, Ray is preceded in death by his son Nicholas Mattill.

Ray was a former employee of Newport Steel. Survivors include his wife Janie Mattill, children Jennifer Mattill, Brad (Mabel) Mattill, stepson Steve Chenot, sister Penny Vaught, grandchildren Liam and Bailey Mattill, Xanthia and Jahziah Jensen, great grandchildren Paxtin, Kase and Abel Huck and Jordan Chenot.
