Obituary for Sheila Lavern Ruf (Harper)
Sheila Lavern Harper Ruf (59) of Newport, KY, formerly of Pendleton County, passed away on Sunday, March 13, 2022. She was born in Ft. Thomas, KY on October 13, 1962, daughter of the late David Allen and Betty Thornton Harper.
Sheila is survived by her daughters Vanessa (Anthony) Lee, Valerie (Daniel) Kirk and Jessica (Kenny) West, brother Troy Allen Harper, sister Sharon Ray Harper, grandchildren Mariah, Brooklyn, Jenna, Brent, Ariana, Bethany, Nevaeh, Isaiah and great grandson Bryson.
Visitation will be held from 1-4pm Saturday, March 26, 2022 at Peoples Funeral Home in Butler. Memorial Service will immediately follow at 4pm, also at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children Attn: Processing Center PO Box 947765 Atlanta, GA 30394.
