Obituary for Steven James Beckett
Steven James Beckett (34) of Dry Ridge, KY passed away on Wednesday, December 18, 2021 at his home. He was born in Edgewood, KY on July 9, 1987, son of Peggy Jackson , Steve Beckett and step mother Lorena Beckett.
Steven was a member of Short Creek Baptist Church and is preceded in death by his grandparents Barbara Slocum and Gene and Carol Jackson.
Along with his parents, Steven is survived by his grandfather Paul Beckett, step-grandparents Dave and Debbie Karshnar, sister Erica Beckett, step siblings Andy and Josh Hendren, Nathaniel Beckett, Gerald Siebert III, Lisa Barrett, Brittinie and Aubrie Siebert, Hollie Tomlin and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 11am-1pm, Thursday, December 23, 2021 at Peoples Funeral Home in Butler. Funeral service will immediately follow at 1pm also at the funeral home. Steven’s final resting place will be in the Short Creek Cemetery.
