Obituary for Steven A. Record
Steven A. Record (74) of California, KY, passed away on January 3, 2022 at St. Elizabeth Ft. Thomas. He was born in Pleasant Hill, KY on January 21, 1947, son of the late Clarence “Champ” and Martha Ann Massey Record. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother Marvin Record.
Steven was a United States Army Veteran and Construction Superintendent for Messer Construction.
He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years Carol Biddle Record, son Jeffrey S. Record, daughter Lori R. (Dorik) Downing, brothers Sandford (Harriett) Record and Lee (Michelle) Record, sister Elaine (Kenn) Kunz, sister in law Ann Record, granddaughter Hollis Downing and numerous nieces and nephews.
Celebration of Life will be held at 3pm Sunday January 9, 2022 at Plum Creek Christian Church on Nagel Road. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Steve’s name to Disciplemakers.org or P4CA.org (Paddling for Cancer Awareness) or Plum Creek Christian Church.
