Obituary for William Joseph "Billy" Smallwood Jr.
William “Billy” Joseph Smallwood Jr. (53) of Falmouth, passed away on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at Harrison Memorial. He was born in Cynthiana, KY on June 30, 1969, son of Catherine Mullins Smallwood and the late William Smallwood Sr.
Billy was a member of the Pendleton County Search and Rescue team, a retired volunteer Falmouth Fireman, member of the Sons of Confederacy, a proud organ donor and a very loving person that helped many people in his community.
In addition to his mother Catherine, he is survived by his wife Terra Mackintosh Smallwood, children J.T. (Madison) Smallwood, Alicia (Nick Cox) Hatfield, Keisha Smallwood, Ben (Ansley) Harrison, Phoenix and Xavier Staley, Sam Johnson and the late Austin Smallwood, daughter in law Natalie Gibson, sisters Louise (Mitchell) Whitaker, Julie (Jim Reis) Smallwood and Cathy (Mike) Moore, grandchildren Zack, Brayden, Brady, Brooks, Blakelee, Braxton, Ivan and Gannon.
Memorial Service will be held from 3-5pm, Monday, May 1, 2023 at Peoples Funeral Home in Butler. Funeral service will immediately follow at 5pm. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Pendleton County Search and Rescue.
